Data rights
Ask about your data
A practical route for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and consent withdrawal.
Use the data-rights request form to open a tracked case. Do not include identity documents: if verification is needed, Kintrae will explain a proportionate next step.

What to include
You can submit the public intake form directly: use the data-rights request form. Do not send identity documents in the first message; a curator will explain a proportionate verification step if needed.
- Your name and the email or account identifier connected to the request.
- The right you want to exercise and the records or feature involved.
- Enough context for Kintrae to locate the data without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
- A safe way to ask follow-up questions if identity verification is needed.
How requests should be handled
Kintrae records receipt, a one-month target, case ownership, proportionate identity verification, case notes, and a reasoned outcome. Requests cover the relevant systems and processors, with third-party data protected where necessary. Requests to withdraw consent should be as easy as the original disclosure.
Complaints
If you believe your request was not handled correctly, contact the verified controller or privacy address once published. You may also contact the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD.
